Every year on the occasion of the Mahashivratri Festival which was on the 12th of February this year, thousands of devotees visit the Sanjay Gandhi National Park to pay homage.
To curtail the problems of forest fires, garbage dumping of plastic, bottles, leftover food etc that the forests and the wildlife face CAT involves volunteers at different locations of the National Park on this day.
